DF-101系列集熱式恒溫加熱磁力攪拌器,是我廠研制開(kāi)發(fā)的一種新型磁力攪拌器,該產(chǎn)品在全國(guó)各大高校實(shí)驗(yàn)室推廣試用效果良好,深受用戶(hù)好評(píng)。
主要特點(diǎn):一、采用集熱式加熱法,被加熱容器*處于強(qiáng)烈的熱輻射之中,加熱速度是其它平面加熱磁力攪拌器的三倍。溫度均勻、效率高,更適應(yīng)球型燒瓶進(jìn)行加熱反應(yīng)。
二、本機(jī)主要部件選材優(yōu)良,電機(jī)選用直流大功率電機(jī),攪拌力矩大、噪音小。特制不銹鋼加熱管在8000C高溫中老化24小時(shí)。絕緣電阻>1000MΩ,干燒時(shí)安全可靠。磁鋼選用目前磁力zui強(qiáng)的“釹鐵硼"永磁做轉(zhuǎn)子，確保足夠的吸力和扭矩。
三、結(jié)構(gòu)合理，集熱鍋用不銹鋼沖壓而成，與特制加熱管和耐高溫密封組合，可加水（水?。⒓佑停ㄓ驮。?，以及干燒，也是本機(jī)主要優(yōu)點(diǎn)所在，加熱部分與電氣箱之間采用散熱板隔離，在高溫加熱攪拌下，不影響整機(jī)電氣性能。
可根據(jù)用戶(hù)的要求，定做大、小容量的集熱式攪拌器。

    DF-101B型調(diào)壓控溫加熱部分采用調(diào)節(jié)電壓來(lái)控制加熱功率的大小，恒溫需外接“電節(jié)點(diǎn)溫度計(jì)"控制，本機(jī)帶有“電節(jié)點(diǎn)溫度計(jì)"插孔。

    CL-200型機(jī)主要采用大功率加熱鋁盤(pán)，加熱面積大，適用于大容量平底燒杯加熱攪拌，還可以放上各種金屬容器如（鍋缸）等做水浴、油浴，攪拌實(shí)驗(yàn)，方便靈活。

CL-200 model mainly adopts high power heat aluminum tray which can conduct heating on a large scale, fit for the heatingmixing of large capacity flat bottom beaker, also various metal containers such as pan can be put on it to conduct water-bathoil-bathmixing experiment, easyflexible.

    DF-101C小型集熱式為小型集熱式攪拌器，功能和（101B、101S）一樣，有調(diào)壓控溫型和數(shù)顯自動(dòng)恒溫型兩種，占用工作空間小，適用于500ml以下攪拌用。可根據(jù)用戶(hù)要求定做60-100mm深淺鍋。
